Czech govt ready to raise deficit to help flood-hit areas- Bartak

Prague - The Czech government is ready to raise the state budget deficit if this were urgently necessary for helping people in the flood-afflicted areas, Deputy PM and Defence Minister Martin Bartak said in a television discussion today.
