Czech ODS head Topolanek believes Klaus will sign Lisbon treaty

Prague - Mirek Topolanek, chairman of the Czech conservative Civic Democrats (ODS) and former prime minister, said today he believes President Vaclav Klaus will sign the Lisbon treaty.
