Prague - Al Czech dailies today comment on President Vaclav Klaus's demand for an opt-out for Czechs on the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights before he ratifies the Lisbon treaty, as he is afraid that the Charter could enable post-war deportees from Czechoslovakia to claim their former property.
