EU agrees on rules in support of joint research – Czech minister

Brussels - The EU countries' ministers agreed today on a legal framework to remove barriers to investment in science and research and to facilitate large joint research projects of EU states and third countries, Czech Education Minister Miroslava Kopicova has told journalists.
