Fischer indirectly declines post of Czech EU commissioner

Prague - Czech Prime Minister Jan Fischer today confirmed that the two main political parties have agreed on him as their candidate for Czech EU commissioner, but he indirectly declined the offer and called on parties to continue negotiations on filling the commissioner's post.
