Havel not against new Czech commissioner Fuele’s Communist past

Brussels - It was a good choice, former president Vaclav Havel said today about Stefan Fuele, nominated for European commissioner, adding that he did not mind Fuele's Communist past and studies at the MGIMO diplomatic school in Moscow.
