Klaus, Zeman agree Czech election system needs change

Prague - Czech President Vaclav Klaus and former prime minister Milos Zeman have agreed that the election law should be changed in order to produce strong governments, Zeman, former Social Democrat (CSSD) who recently founded a new political party, said after meeting Klaus today.
